its quite a bit more complicated than that.
it IS possible to add more RAM but none has done it yet, 
people have however created some dumb little devices called memory 
expanders.. which act like an external tape drive or something...
I say dumb beacause they need complex drivers to send and rercive data. 
Im not calling them dumb :) as they are actualy quite niffty...
