One wire is V+, the second is GND, and the 3rd is signal or pulse.  
Servos are controlled by an ON pulse that is 1~2ms, 1.5ms being the 
center position. The OFF pulse is around 20ms but can vary, since the 
servo is controlled by the on pulse.

I have some files with info on controlling servos with a simple circuit 
or with your computer. The computer version has code which you might be 
able to convert for the TI (I haven't the slightest idea if it's 
possible since I don't that much TI programming)
