RE: TI-H: About the new calcs

And how much do those chips cost? Let's face it, I couldn't have asked TI to pop in a 4-wire interface link port, that's just overkill. Of course, so is spending more money to upgrade your calc than it cost when it was first released. Maybe for the network, a 64MB SSHD is fine, but I don't think that I'm ever going to need more than 2MB of storage space for any one calculator, regardless of how many RPG's and 3d games are released. Show me someone who needs 8 MB of storage on a calc, and I'll show you someone with way too much free time.
Now, 8MB of system RAM is a different story...

Okay, let me rephrase that. The only good ones are 4 wire. The new 64MB
chips are 4 wire. So are the 8MB chips. 16, 32...

>two-wire, three-wire, and so on. That's been popularized throughout the list
>enough times to make one sick.

Which means I had to mention it so someone else didn't say that.
