Umm, no. I work at a closeout place where everything comes in EXTREMELY
cheap. Like Visual Studio 97 in the box for $100. MS Natural keyboards for
about $20. We had 8MB DIMMs being SOLD for $10. But large color LCD panels
just can't be had for a small price.  We had 30 Sharp LQ10D421 panels come
in and I went looking for info on them the minute I realized they were
there. Turns out it is a 640x480 color screen with CCFT backlight..
overall, a very nice screen. The whole lot of them (30, remember) sold for
$12,000. That's $600 each. There is NO way anybody will sell you a laptop
LCD panel in working order for anywhere near $50.
