Almost.  Usually, it's the ribbon to the LCD that is just a little off. 
Sometimes, you can cram stuff in there to tighten up the connection,
sometimes [A method only known to be used 3 times, with 1 success]  you
can heat ( very low temp)  up the connection to remelt it back on but
nothing is proven to work 100%
