Fwd: TI-H: Hardware for the TI-83



if you turbo it, some programs that are already quick on it will go so fast,
you will die/lose before you even start.  on the other hand, some programs are
very slow, and they will increase in speed.  i would turbo mine, but i am
going to be getting a TI89 in october.  anyways, here are some links to
