Re: TI-H: Mel??? Err /: BYE!!!

I'm sorry to dissapoint you guys supporting Win9x, but the arguments
you guys bring up are just irrelevant. Duhhhhh ... of course every OS
has to deal with badly written programs. That doesn't only count for
Win9x but also for linux, macOS and every other OS. It's the way the
OS deals with those programs. Just take a look at WinNT. It gives
each program a totally seperate environment, so if it crashes only
the program itself crashes. The only way for programs to "talk" to
other programs is through the incredibly stable OS shell. Ever
wondered why, if you run into a malicious web-page that will keep
adding strings together, which sucks up system resources, you
never seem to get Win95 back to it's usual crappy performance
again? I've never had that problem with WinNT. WinNT just
expands the program's virtual "box", and if it gets too big it
sends out an out of memory signal to the program. If it doesn't
respond WinNT simply removes the virtual "box" and moves
on. You won't notice a thing.
