Actually, yes... don't buy the stuff at radio shack. Take orders, then
order from somewhere that doesn't have a hellatious markup on
everything.
Mouser, Digi-Key are just a two of the popular suppliers that don't have
too terrible minimum purchase requirements. Both send free catalogs.
That goes for everyone... radio shack is handy if you need something
today, and don't mind really paying for it... but if you plan to make
stuff to sell, then you need to be able to take a risk, and put some of
your own money up (investment) for the chance at profit (return).
