You can probably find a TI-92 for ~$160 if you look hard... but as it is
a
fairly complicated piece of hardware you aren't likely to find it for
much
less than that.

Yes, there are "memory cards" - The problem is that TI does not sell
them in the U.S. However, a few people are working on link-port
devices that add memory to the TI-92 (and as far as I know, my project,
the Extender uP, is the first to get this working)
