Depends on what you want to do ;-) I looked at National's page and
searched around for a 3 pin 5 volt low drop out TO-92 regulator, and
the LM2931Z-5.0 is what I came up with. I'm not sure exactly what
the LP2954IS is... take a look at national.com for more information.

I am personally going to use the LM2931Z-5.0 as a replacement for
the 78L05 I was intending to use.
