Do you want a reason? There are very vew exact standards between like
Gateway machines, and those child-labor-made-for-60-cents-an-hour-in-China
computers. The paralell port is the same way. You can't expect a linkmade
for $5 that includes no exception handeling to work on all PC's with all
parallel ports with all calculators.
