Yes it is. I have it. One of my friends got it off of ticalc (I
think). It's a lot like a telent chat. In fact, that's exactly what
it's like.

For now I'm using the acronym RTL for Radio Transmission Link, but I
have heard RL, RT, and RF as well. Probably we should concider choosing
one of these acronyms so that we get confused.

They take up way to much space. This doesn't go just to you, travis,
but to quite a few people who are using huge footers.
