ICK! Sorry, but I REALLY DON'T LIKE it! How about a
black background on white/yellow text, or White
Backgroun on Blue or Black text. 

You need a TOP Image instead of some simple text. You
also need to do something about the icky borders.

BTW Don't use a WYSIWYG Editor either, good ol'
notepad RULES! CuteHTML, ARGH!
