A .83g file is a number of files which have been grouped together to 
form one file.  The graph-link software can't open it because it doesn't 
know which file in the .83g file that you want to view.  To view the 
files inside the .83g file, go to file>file utilities>ungroup
.83g file...  This will take all the other files out of the .83g file so 
you can view them.
