I think in most cases (on the 83/+ - dont know much about the 68k calcs) in
BASIC it will work both ways - i.e. a BASIC program written for the 83 will
work on an 83+ and vice versa.  And, I think, at least some 83ASM programs
will run on an 83+.  However, any 83+ BASIC programs that use archive
functions obviously won't work on a standard 83, and some ASM programs for
one won't work on the other...
