TI-89 toolbars

TI-89 toolbars
I just recently got a ti-89 and love it!
however, does anyone know how to have toolbars within a program kick out to the
side also (i.e. the way "dialog" kicks out under the "Prgm IO"
tab)?
I'm thinking you can't, just like you couldn't do
multiple menus across the top on the TI-83 (i.e. the "math" menu).
