Why not just build your own "home-made" linkcable for under 4$!!! I have
done that - without knowing much about electronics. Try see

Or if you insist manually typing your programs in - then you can ONLY
type basic-prgm's in! To do that you need TI-graph-link-software (free
to download from TI's homepage) and then simply open the file you want
to type! And start typing.... :-)  Good luck
