Piecewise Functions on TI-89

For those of you who have tried the following:

x^2/(x<2)
sin(x)/(x>2)

on an 89, this won't work because the 89 returns "true" or "false" instead
of "1" or "0". The proper way to do this on an 89 (and I think a 92) is:

x^2|(x<2)
sin(x)|(x>2)

Where the | is the key above the EE key on the 89.
