If you have a Graph-Link, download the Graph-Link software
from TI's site and use it (read the help for more info).

If you don't, still get the Graph-Link software. Open up the
*.83P programs in it and manually type them into your
calculator.

If the program opens and does not look like TI-Basic, then
you cannot type it in (unless it looks like 4F2D23AC or
something along those lines. Then you can type it in and
then run it by typing Send(9prgmPROGNAME)).
