        It's true, the server isn't great. It will currently be down until
marrch 15 (the webmaster is away). however, the ftp site is up, and you can
access it at ftp://b60414.cwru.edu/ti-philes/index.html. Just remember, it's
an FTP site, and it isn't perfect. If you get into a directory, always go to
index.html.
