Well, thanks for your *very helpful* post. I don't think TI would paint
those labels on if they did *nothing*.

In the program or list editor, and I think also table and matrix editor,
pressing ALPHA and then an arrow scrolls a full screen up or down, rather
than just one line. Press 2ND-ALPHA for ALPHA-lock and press arrows
repeatedly to quickly go up or down several pages.
