Yes. Here's how:
First create a new file with the new name you want. Then, inside the new
(blank) program, press RCL ([2nd][STO>]) and the name of the origional file.
If will copy it into the new file. Now you have 2 copies. If you were just
renaming it, you can erase the first, otherwise you'll still have 2.
