the ti82 can NOT do polys i don't believe the 82 has a specific button or
function that lets you do polys as good/easy/fast as the ti85 and 86.

ok i was going to write "correct me if i'm wrong" but i deleted it..
because the ti82 does NOT.. for sure.. i have a catalog from TI with the
comparison chart, and the ONLY calculators with the  POLYNOMIAL ROOT
FINDER are the TI-85 and 86
