This is simply another ROM version. this one comes with 256k of memory, and the biggest visible change in ROM is multilingual support. TI, being as clueless as usual, thinks people only really care about that multilingual stuff, and thus thye don't sell it in the usa. You'd have to buy one in, say, france.
