NT does not allow direct access to the hardware, including serial
ports. Programs must be rewritten to work. So, you'd need to yell at
TI untill they make a Win32 version. I wouldn't think the DOS version
would work, but then again, maybe their DOS layer ain't the shit I
thought it was.
