Try downloading it from ftp://www.ti.com/pub/... instead of
ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/...
Copy the link location to the clipboard, or write it down, or however you
wish to do it, and then (g)oto, or Goto URL, etc., to that same location,
but change the ftp.ti.com to www.ti.com.
