    Upon turning on my TI85 after a long summer of hibernation, I
noticed 2-3 vertical lines of pixels that no longer work.  I have no
idea what caused this (I don't think it was dropped or banged) and am
clueless as to who to consult to fix this problem.  Is this permanent?
Do I need to replace the batteries?  This a serious problem as I cannot
read characters in the far left column (the most important one too!).
Any advice is appreciated.   Thank you!
