Actually, it is not too much trouble to convert between TI-86/TI-92 programs
at all, as long as you are familiar with both calcs. Assembly programs ARE
hard to convert, but BASIC programs aren't.

the difference between the 86 and the 92 is kinda like the difference
between a Commodore 64 and an intel 80386.
ie: MILES away from each other. conversion is going to be more
troublesome than complete rewrites. One of the reasons is that the 86
(In fact, all TI-8x) have a 6Mhz Z80 processor, and the TI-92 has a
Motorola 68k, just like the old macintoshes (called Apple Classic or
something along those lines) and Commodore Amigas.
