VBRUN100.DLL is the dynamic link runtime library for some things made using
Visual Basic.  It is file that you can download for free at many places.
Do a search for the filename in any search engine, go to one of the sites
that it is at, and download it to your system.  Place it in the directory
that contains the game you wanted it for.  Then when you try to run the
game, Windows, should pick it up and use it.
