Locking TI-85 programs with ZShell

I heard that I can lock programs written in TI-85 BASIC from being edited, by
using ZShell to "get the $FF byte and put it after the "stop" command".
How in the world do I do that?
EMAIL me your response since I rarely check the mail lists.
