Part Number for 2.5mm ->> 3.5 mm jack?

Okay, obviously using on headphones on a calculator via link port is
well... dummy proof. Headphones use a 3.5 mm plug, duh. TI calc's use a
2.5 mm jack, duh. Could someone tell me the PART number for either
Mouser Electronics or Radio Shack for the converter that allows me to
plug a 2.5 mm plug into my 86, and then plug in a 3.5 mm plug? pretty
simple, yet I still can't find it.
