That won't work. If you are using a TI-83, 86, or 92, just enter the
inequality as an equation, and use the ABOVE or BELOW style to shade the
region above or below the graph. If you are using a TI-82 or 85, you can
use the Shade() function to do that.

umm...unless there's something I don't know about your calc, just type in
an
inequality in a function var (i.e. Y1, Y2, etc)

Y1=X>4
Y2=5<X<845
Y3=X<>3.14159
Y4=
Y5=
Y6=
Y7=
Y8=

Pretty simple...
