As far as I know, you can't make a program that outputs "@" without
drawing out the individual pixels on the graph screen.  By fooling
around with a backup file, though, you can put a "@" in the name of a
program or other variable.  You won't be able to use it, but it'll be
there.  Also, in a backup file, you can change the homescreen memory to
have different characters like "@" and "%" on the homescreen after
sending the backup to your calc.  This will be the subject of my next
"Hacking into the TI-82" column at the TI-Files and at my page.  Their
