TI-86 ram

If the TI-86 has 128k of ram with only 96k available and the TI-85 has 32k
of which 28k is available, what does the TI-86 do that it has 32k of
unavailable while the TI-85 has 4k unavailable? If the TI-86 only adds
features that are in the TI-82/83 why does in have so much unavailable ram?

Is it designed so that when the available ram is almost full it can still
run quickly?

Does the TI-86 add more non-ASM programming features from the TI-85?

Thanks
