Well I use them and am in complete agreement with you. Also, when the
batteries start to get weak and you hit contrast 5-6 and the calc's
speed begins to drop off you can throw the renewals in the charger for
about an hour because they aren't subject to the memory effect or
overcharging due to their special charger.
Has anybody noticed that the outer two batteries drain faster than the
inner two? My ti-83 shows this when using the renewals, (never tested
anything else) and I can get an extra spurt from the batteries by
swaping their positions.
