You go to the mode screen by punchin in [2nd] [mode] then type S by pressing
[alpha] [S]. It will then say "Enter self test?" and display your rom
version under it. At this point if you press [enter] it will just start
counting and you'll have to take out your batteries to reset your calc. If
you press any other key it will leave that screen.
