Limited in that you are not allowed all assembly functions. There are
certain instructions and actions that the TI OS doesn't allow on the
TI-83. With ZShell on the TI-85, you have full control of the
calculator, RAM, link, etc, limited only by memory availability (program
size) and the creativity of the author.
