Bzzz. Red boxes DO work in most of the United States. However, that's not
the point, because such fraud is illegal. However, the TI-85 doesn't make
a very good DTMF tone generator in the first place, because it cannot,
without significant extra electronics, generate two pure tones, let alone
two pure tones simultaneously.
