TI doesn't want the rom to be distributed to anybody except 85 owners.
It was being distributed for a while, but Rob Tayloer got a letter
from TI telling him to stop...
I don't know what stroppy is, or I would have answered that question
directly, but I think that you are saying the emulator is a TI
product. If you think this, you are mistaken.
