That will just download the latest version, not the old version that's
required for ASM programs. I've posted the old versions of the ROMs for
TI-92+ and TI-89 on my server, get them at http://24.0.230.60/calc-rom/ . If
you've upgraded the ROM and can't run ASM programs, go there to download the
old one. I can only keep this server up for a few days, though, so get the
ROM quick if you want it.

Goto flash for the TI-92+ and download the first one there (92+, not 92)
