RE: A92: A92 : How can I make good backup ?

phew, finally some asm92 mail... though maybe a little irrevelant....

read the readme.txt in the folder...

in summary,
1. goto http://www.ticalc.org/pub/92/asm/
2. goto the shell folder and look for "pre-installed backups"
3. then click on ur version number. [ to check for version, press F5 to get
to prgm IO and then press diamond and (. It will now say ur version number.]
4. use ti-graph link with ur graph-link wire[assuming u have one] and
transmit that backup.
5. go back to http://www.ticalc.org/pub/92/asm/
6. dload the entire Fargo set and unzip it.
7. Send all the programs you find ending in "92p" inside this zip and
transmit them to ur 92.

that's it...

PS i'm on the asm89 list and boy do we have tons of newbies thinking that
ASM is all about games! 90% of the ppl there don't even know how to program!
