This means that your include files are somehow not included...
I unzipped fargo into directory c:\fargo2 using winzip, and modified
autoexec.bat
You have to make sure that the environment variable is set correctly,
and that your asm/include directory is intact.

Other than that, I would try unzipping fargo again with winzip.
