The latest ti 92 rom is 1.12. So 1.11 isn't a bad deal. The 2.1 rom is a
special european rom version for ti 92 II calcs. These calcs come with 256k
memory and multilanguage support for errors messages and geometry. You
could upgrade your calc with the 92-e extension module, but it's only
available in europe (and maybe in Canada, i'm not sure). But the big
problem is that it can only run recompiled fargo programs that fargo
authors don't want us (the proud 92 II owners ;-) to distribute. I've also
heard on this list of a 92 III, but it's TI's top secret project, so I've
no information at all.
Wait and see !
