goto amazon.com and pick up three books:
C For Dummies volume 1 and 2
read those, learn them. they are extremely straightforward in both basics
and semi-advanced topics.
then pick up Learning C by K&Ritchie
that's the complete reference guide.
That's my recommendations.

i have read through the TIGCC help section but now that i know what the
