Not wanting to put anyone down, or for anyone to take offence, but OF COURSE
ITS MICROSOFT'S FAULT!!!
I think that they need some basic lessons on how to debug programs.  Perhaps
we wont be 10 years behind in computer technology like we are now if the
people there took notice.
