If they didn't want you to have the file they wouldn't let you recieve it
when you activate the connection. It'd give you a nice "Access Denied".. but
if it's posted I'll admit I dont give a shit what the law is.. they put it
on my monitor I am damn straight gonna click Download.

They aren't sending you the file and you stay ok, you are activating the
transfer... it is more like you hook up some cables to the cable line on
the pole and you watch cable that way. The cable is there, but it was
your perogative to hook onto it. Which means you are stealing the cable,
and the file.
