In the U.S. words mean 100x more than actions. The word that comes up in all
court cases that gets people off of statue crimes is intentions.
Unfortionatly I dont know how international the law is but yes you can
download any program no matter what protections/laws/statues for 24 hours.
This is the trial period that a law is in place to protect. I dont know why
it's there ... maybe a member of core got into congress but that is one of
the single most sweet loopholes I've ever seen. I know in israel where my
friend is they are very loose with the internet. In fact if your caught
hacking a government building it's more than likely it'll be the CIA that
picks you up and not an israely agency.
