No, but using them, and claim that you are the owner (carding) of the number is
a crime.
Anyway, I do not agree with serial that there is some special internet-law of
anarchy ruling. maybe in your dreams serial, but in reality, you have to go
after the laws in your respective country when you use the net, no more, no
less. You don't have any extra rights to take the program just because it is on
a website instead of on a shelf in a store.
