I assume by "bps" you mean "bits per second".  By the "M" do you mean one
"megabit" or do you mean exactly 1 million bits?  Because I have seen people,
especially with this "Y2K" thing, say that "K" means exactly 1,000 and "k" means
1,024.  Any thoughts on that?

What do you mean by multiplexes?  Is that just a fancy term for multiply?

Also, how does this relate to how fast a Tx or a Ex line is? :)
