You can not change the processor, since it isn't a standard 68k, but a custom
chip with address decodeing, and some port hardware and stuff like that built
into it.
The processor is not the problem if you want to make your calc go faster anyway,
the processor chip can go well up to about 30Mhz. The problem is the ram. 
It starts to bug at about 15-18MHz or so on a HW1 calc.
